This year I am trying to tackle a couple of different personal projects that I have been wanting to do for quite some time.  Here is the first project.. It's simple. One photo, everyday for the whole year.  I am excited and nervous at the same time.  I hope that I can stick with it all year... I am already LOVING it.  <3

Eleanor kept jumping up and down and falling on purpose! She was sooooo excited for Christmas Round Two at Nana's house.... We ate our traditional black-eyed peas, cabbage, boiled potatoes and short ribs and had a great day with the fam to kick off the New Year!

Em is (most of the time) the BEST big brother in the world. He is teaching Iona how to use the new "puter" that she got for Christmas... They were watching a video of Godzilla v T-Rex which they both thought was hilarious

I told him "we are going to do something fun today, can you guess what it is"... this is his thinking face  We ended up meeting Aunt Tammy and Braxton at Jungle Java

We have a morning routine... While momma makes coffee and breakfast for the kids, these 3 enjoy some t.v. time. Today Wild Kratts was the choice. I remember laying on the floor watching the tube with Tam when we were little. It must be an important part of childhood  All snuggled up in Great Great Nana's blanket

Waiting for Grandmama. Someone is 'patiently' waiting for his weekend stay at Grandmama & Grandpapa's house

Larry and I celebrate 8 years of marriage on January 9th! With all of the kids being spoiled rotten with Grandparents, we were able to sneak away for the weekend. We went back to the town where we got married and enjoyed some time to ourselves. We ate, drank, talked about the kids, the new house and enjoyed some "us" time
